Neuro-Urogynecology and Urogenital Pain SIG eGrand Round: Endometriosis: Complex Cases of Management Including Robotic Surgery with Dr. Denis Tsepov, a consultant gynecologist and a leading expert in the surgical treatment of complex endometriosis. He is the founder and clinical lead of the London Endometriosis & Advanced Pelvic Surgery Centre (LEAPS), a BSGE-accredited multidisciplinary referral center in central London. With extensive experience in deep infiltrating endometriosis and neuropelvic involvement, Dr. Tsepov is internationally recognized for his expertise in minimally invasive and robotic surgery. He also serves as a surgical proctor for Intuitive Surgical, training surgeons across Europe in advanced robotic techniques. Dr. Tsepov was joined by his co-host Rajesh Nair, consultant Urological Surgeon, who has been working within the Guy's and St Thomas's Trust since 2017. He is highly specialised in open, laparoscopic and robot-assisted surgery of cancer in the bladder, kidney, prostate, and testis, he can also perform reconstructive urological surgery.

During this eGrand Round, we held a presentation and discussion of challenging cases related to urinary tract endometriosis that required advanced surgical management, particularly within a multidisciplinary and robotic surgery framework.
