Neuro-Urogynecology and Urogenital Pain SIG eGrand Round: Endometriosis: Complex Cases of Management Including Robotic Surgery with Dr. Denis Tsepov, a consultant gynecologist and a leading expert in the surgical treatment of complex endometriosis. He is the founder and clinical lead of the London Endometriosis & Advanced Pelvic Surgery Centre (LEAPS), a BSGE-accredited multidisciplinary referral center in central London. With extensive experience in deep infiltrating endometriosis and neuropelvic involvement, Dr. Tsepov is internationally recognized for his expertise in minimally invasive and robotic surgery. He also serves as a surgical proctor for Intuitive Surgical, training surgeons across Europe in advanced robotic techniques. Dr. Tsepov will be joined by his co-host Rajesh Nair, consultant Urological Surgeon, has been working within the Guy's and St Thomas's Trust since 2017. He is highly specialised in open, laparoscopic and robot-assisted surgery of cancer in the bladder, kidney, prostate, and testis, he can also perform reconstructive urological surgery.
During this eGrand Roung will include teh presentation and discussion of challenging cases related to urinary tract endometriosis that required advanced surgical management, particularly within a multidisciplinary and robotic surgery framework.
As we have done previously, the program will include a 45 minute discussion followed by 15 minutes for Q&A.

Dr Keng Ng is a Consultant Urological Surgeon based in London, United Kingdom. He was awarded the Clifford Morson Medal at The Institute of Urology London for his thesis work on urodynamics and bladder dysfunction. His specialty interests include interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome and female urinary incontinence surgery. He is currently Chair of IUGA SIG in Neuro-urogynecology and Urogenital Pain.

Dr. Denis Tsepov, MRCOG is a consultant gynecologist and a leading expert in the surgical treatment of complex endometriosis. He is the founder and clinical lead of the London Endometriosis & Advanced Pelvic Surgery Centre (LEAPS), a BSGE-accredited multidisciplinary referral center in central London. With extensive experience in deep infiltrating endometriosis and neuropelvic involvement, Dr. Tsepov is internationally recognized for his expertise in minimally invasive and robotic surgery. Dr. Tsepov is an active faculty member at major European and global congresses on complex gynecologic surgery and regularly contributes to education and research in the field of endometriosis and pelvic pain.

Mr Rajesh Nair, Consultant Urological Surgeon, has been working within the Guy's and St Thomas's Trust since 2017. He is highly specialised in open, laparoscopic and robot-assisted surgery of cancer in the bladder, kidney, prostate, and testis, he can also perform reconstructive urological surgery. His expertise extends across the whole spectrum of urological issues including Blood in the Urine, Urinary Tract Symptoms, Urological cancers, Urinary Tract Reconstruction, PUJ Obstruction, and testicular pain. He is also qualified to perform Blue-light Cystoscopy and Intravesical Bladder Treatment Strategies in Bladder Cancer, Continent and Incontinent Urinary Diversion, Bladder and Kidney Preservation for Cancer, Upper Tract Urothelial Cancer Diagnostics and Treatment, and Robotic Pyeloplasty.
Mr Nair has undertaken fellowships in robotics, uro-oncology, and reconstructive urology within many prestigious institutions in London including St. George's Hospital, Guy's Hospital, and abroad at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in Australia.
