Professor Günter Noé is a German gynecologist and surgeon specializing in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

He is full Professor of Gynecology at the University of Witten/Herdecke and Director of the OB/GYN Unit at Rheinlandclinics Neuss.

He is internationally recognized for his expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis and pelvic floor disorders.

His clinical and academic work focuses on advanced laparoscopic techniques and surgical innovation.

Professor Noé has contributed extensively to teaching, research, and international surgical training.

Dr. Javier Pizarro-Berdichevsky is a Urogynecologist based in Santiago, Chile, specializing in pelvic floor disorders at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and the Centro de Innovación en Piso Pélvico at Hospital Sótero del Río. He currently serves on the IUGA International Advisory Board representing Latin America and the Caribbean.

Following his medical training, Dr. Pizarro-Berdichevsky completed a fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. His academic and clinical work is dedicated to advancing surgical excellence, with a specific focus on sacral neuromodulation and the management of complex surgical complications. His expertise includes vaginal and laparoscopic repairs, as well as complex incontinence cases such as urethral diverticula and fistulas.

Dr. Pizarro-Berdichevsky is an Associate Professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. An active leader in the global urogynecological community, he frequently chairs international masterclasses, serves as a lead author for multidisciplinary pelvic floor textbooks, and is a recognized Inspire IUGA awardee.

Dr. Amr El Haraki is an Assistant Professor in the Departments of Urology and Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wake Forest School of Medicine, where he also serves as Associate Program Director for the Ob/Gyn residency. He earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from Cornell University, followed by residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wake Forest and fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery, also at Wake Forest. Clinically, Dr. El Haraki treats a wide range of pelvic floor disorders, with expertise in minimally invasive surgery and complex pelvic reconstruction. His research focuses on pelvic pain, prolapse, and surgical innovation. He is active in national and international surgical education and committed to improving multidisciplinary care for women. Outside of medicine, he enjoys automobiles, traveling, and scuba diving with his wife.

Howard B. Goldman is a Professor on the faculty of the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine and serves as the Vice Chairman for Operations at the Glickman Urologic Institute. He has a joint appointment in the departments of urology and obstetrics and gynecology and is actively involved in the training of fellows and residents, including serving as the Fellowship director for Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery in the Department of Urology at the Cleveland Clinic. He has directly trained over 40 fellows and residents who are specialized FPMRS practitioners. Many of these fellows have assumed leadership roles in academic urology and many have also become quality and patient safety experts at their local institutions.

Dr Goldman’s interests are in the medical and surgical treatment of urinary incontinence and other types of voiding dysfunction, neuromodulation, prolapse repair, complex reconstructive female urologic surgery, robotic surgery and neurourology. His contributions to the literature have been prolific, including author of over 250 articles and book chapters, editor of three textbooks and panel member for a number of standardization, guidelines and best practice statement panels. He has deliverd over 500 national and international lectures. He has been at the forefront of outpatient robotic surgery within FPMRS. Within the AUA he has been on the SUI Guidelines as well as Urodynamics guidelines committees. Within ICS he has been on the male LUTS terminology committee as well as the ICS/IUGA female prolapse terminology committee. He also led the group that came up with the ICS sacral neuromodulation best practices document.

His prominent international reputation has led to invitations as visiting professor in the United States and abroad as well as numerous invited lectures. He is on the editorial board of a number of journals and is a former Assistant Editor of the Journal of Urology.

He has been the co-director of the AUA annual review course for part 1 of the ABU exam for 10 years, was on the AUA Education committee, is on the SUFU board of directors, was on the International Neurourology board of directors, is on the IUGA scientific committee, is the on the Board of Trustees of the ICS and is the Chair of the ICS Education committee, was the scientific co-chair for the 2020 ICS annual meeting, was the program co-chair for the 2020 SUFU meeting, was on the program committee for the 2020 International Neurourology Society and is the International Consultation on Incontinence committee chair for surgery for male incontinence.

Dr Goldman has been involved in and led numerous projects related to innovative treatments utilizing stem cells for SUI, neuromodulation, utilization of urodynamics, management of complications, robotic surgery and improvements in safety and efficiency in pelvic floor surgery. Recently, he was the clinical lead on an innovative urodynamics device which can stay in the bladder and record events for up to 24 hours without any external catheters. He is also leading a study on the efficacy of sacral neuromodulation in patients with cognitive impairment.

Prof. Maurizio Serati has taken the degree in Medicine in 1998 and the specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2005. He currently serves as Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Insubria – Varese (Italy).

As regards the scientific activity, he has published about 257 articles in peer-reviewed journals, his total Impact Factor is over 700 and the Hirsch Index (H-index) is 45 (in Scopus) and 52 (in Google Scholar). He has given more than 300 presentations in national and international meetings. The main areas of his clinical practice and research include urogynaecology and pelvic floor dysfunction (such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, sexual dysfunction, urinary tract infections, delivery and pelvic damage...) and gynaecological surgery.

Reviewer for more than 30 international journals indexed on Pubmed, and in particular for Lancet, BMJ, European Urology.

Dr. Enrique Ubertazzi serves as Chief of the Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery Section at the Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is the founder and first President of the Argentine Urogynecological Association (AUGA), a former Latin American representative to the International Urogynecological Association (IUGA), and an honorary member of both the Mexican College of Urogynecology (CMUG) and the Colombian Association of Gynecoureology (ASCOGUR). He holds the position of Associate Professor of Gynecology at the University Institute of the Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires and is an Adjunct Lecturer in Gynecology at the University of Buenos Aires

Brian Linder, M.D., M.S., is a Professor in both the Department of Urology and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is the Vice Chair of Research in the Department of Urology. Dr. Linder completed his Urology residency and then a Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery Fellowship at Mayo Clinic. He provides care for women with pelvic floor disorders and is jointly appointed in the Department of Urology and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Linder is active in research and education, training residents and fellows. He has authored over 130 peer review publications, book chapters, etc. For his research on pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence he has received several grants and other awards. He serves as an Editorial Board Member for the journal Neurourology and Urodynamics.

Dr. Lucila Paván is a gynecologist specialized in urogynecology and pelvic floor reconstructive surgery at Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires. Her clinical practice focuses on transvaginal surgery for pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence, as well as vaginoplasty in patients with MRKH syndrome.

She has been actively involved in IUGA as a member of the Scientific Committee and the Surgical Education Committee.
