Prof. Maurizio Serati has taken the degree in Medicine in 1998 and the specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2005. He currently serves as Associate Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Insubria – Varese (Italy).

2021-12/2024: President of European Uorgynaecological Association (EUGA).

2025- present: Trustee of the International Continence Society (ICS)

2023- present: member of IUGA scientific committee

As regards the scientific activity, he has published about 257 articles in peer-reviewed journals, his total Impact Factor is over 700 and the Hirsch Index (H-index) is 45 (in Scopus) and 52 (in Google Scholar). He has given more than 300 presentations in national and international meetings. The main areas of his clinical practice and research include urogynaecology and pelvic floor dysfunction (such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, sexual dysfunction, urinary tract infections, delivery and pelvic damage...) and gynaecological surgery.

Reviewer for more than 30 international journals indexed on Pubmed, and in particular for Lancet, BMJ, European Urology.

Dr. Enrique Ubertazzi serves as Chief of the Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery Section at the Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is the founder and first President of the Argentine Urogynecological Association (AUGA), a former Latin American representative to the International Urogynecological Association (IUGA), and an honorary member of both the Mexican College of Urogynecology (CMUG) and the Colombian Association of Gynecoureology (ASCOGUR). He holds the position of Associate Professor of Gynecology at the University Institute of the Hospital Italiano de Buenos Aires and is an Adjunct Lecturer in Gynecology at the University of Buenos Aires

Brian Linder, M.D., M.S., is a Professor in both the Department of Urology and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is the Vice Chair of Research in the Department of Urology. Dr. Linder completed his Urology residency and then a Urogynecology and Reconstructive Pelvic Surgery Fellowship at Mayo Clinic. He provides care for women with pelvic floor disorders and is jointly appointed in the Department of Urology and the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Linder is active in research and education, training residents and fellows. He has authored over 130 peer review publications, book chapters, etc. For his research on pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence he has received several grants and other awards. He serves as an Editorial Board Member for the journal Neurourology and Urodynamics.
