He is the founder and clinical lead of the London Endometriosis & Advanced Pelvic Surgery Centre (LEAPS), a BSGE-accredited multidisciplinary referral center in central London.
This upcoming Coffee Lounge session eill focus on surgical techniques in the management of complex pelvic tumors associated with fistula formation. Dr. Denis Tsepov will present a challenging case of a massive pelvic tumor adhered to the bladder, accompanied by surgical video footage and expert commentary. This session will provide valuable insights into technical considerations and practical tips for surgeons dealing with similar cases

Dr Keng Ng is a Consultant Urological Surgeon based in London, United Kingdom. He was awarded the Clifford Morson Medal at The Institute of Urology London for his thesis work on urodynamics and bladder dysfunction. His specialty interests include interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome and female urinary incontinence surgery. He is currently Chair of IUGA SIG in Neuro-urogynecology and Urogenital Pain.

Dr Kazibe Koyuncu is PhD candidate in Urogynecology Doctorate Programme in Ankara University, Turkey. She is interested in working interstitial cystitis and bladder pain syndrome and female sexual dysfunction. She is a member of SIG in Neuro-urogynecology and Urogenital Pain.

Dr. Denis Tsepov, MRCOG is a consultant gynecologist and a leading expert in the surgical treatment of complex endometriosis. He is the founder and clinical lead of the London Endometriosis & Advanced Pelvic Surgery Centre (LEAPS), a BSGE-accredited multidisciplinary referral center in central London. With extensive experience in deep infiltrating endometriosis and neuropelvic involvement, Dr. Tsepov is internationally recognized for his expertise in minimally invasive and robotic surgery. He also serves as a surgical proctor for Intuitive Surgical, training surgeons across Europe in advanced robotic techniques. Dr. Tsepov is an active faculty member at major European and global congresses on complex gynecologic surgery and regularly contributes to education and research in the field of endometriosis and pelvic pain.
