Tell us about where you currently live (city/country) and how you ended up in this location.
I currently live in Israel, not far from Tel Aviv, got back here a few months ago after spending three years in London. Missed the sunshine.
Tell us about your work - your job title, where you work, how long you've worked in the field, areas of focus or research, etc.
I work as a senior physician in the Urogynecology Unit at Wolfson Medical Center, where I have also done my ObGyn training. Got back after a fellowship in Urogynaecology at University College London Hospital.
When and why did you decide to join IUGA?
I have been a member for a few years now. Initially, I joined so I can use IUGA resources such as IUGA academy, however, I have stayed a member after meeting wonderful, interesting colleagues from around the globe.
What has been your most rewarding or memorable IUGA experience?
It will have to be IUGA in Vancouver in 2017, I have met some truly inspirational people who still guide me to this day, and of course, the location was fantastic.
What is the last book you read or movie you saw? Would you recommend it?
"The freezing order" by Bill Browder and the "Henna Artist" by Alka Joshi, are two completely different styles, both wonderful.
I would also recommend "The Hospital by the River"' a must-read for every Urogynecologist in my opinion.
What are your hobbies? What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?
I enjoy reading, playing catch ball and beach volleyball, and traveling both around my country and abroad.
What is one "fun fact" about you?
I can make a very good cheesecake, but my culinary talents end there.
