The management of pelvic floor and OASIs can be challenging, and given that 6% of primiparous women sustain recognized OASIs at birth, and up to 10% of these women go on to sustain recurrent OASIs, we need a pathway to ensure that the woman is given consistent advice on the best available evidence.
