Moderator

Aaron Lawrence is a resident medical officer based in Sydney, Australia. He is the Academics Officer for PVOGS ANZ, an organisation for prevocational doctors and medical students interested in pursuing a career in obstetrics and gynaecology. As part of this role, he is involved in arranging educational events, resources and running the PVOGS Journal Club podcast.

Dr Ellen Yeung is a subspecialist urogynaecologist currently practicing in Brisbane and Gold Coast, Australia. She has a special interest in minimally invasive and vaginal pelvic floor surgery; has published multiple papers in international peer-reviewed journals and is a member of the Cochrane reviewer group for surgical management of prolapse.

Prof Vik Khullar (BSc, MD, MRCOG, AKC) is a subspecialist in urogynaecology, Clinical lead of Urogynaecology at St Mary’s Hospital, and Professor of Practice (Urogynaecology), Imperial College, London, United Kingdom. He completed his medical training at King’s College Hospital, London training under the supervision of Professor Linda Cardozo.
Prof Khullar’s clinical interests include quality-of-life issues, surgical treatment of urinary incontinence and vaginal prolapse, and topics related to urodynamics with an especial interest in overactive bladder its aetiology and treatment. He has been investigating the relationship between the immune system and urinary symptoms particularly in Hypermobile Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and recurrent urinary tract infections. He is the co-author of over 300 papers and chapters on urogynaecology.
Prof Khullar is a member of several organizations, including the International Continence Society, International Urogynecology Association and the British Society of Urogynaecology. He is a past vice chairman and treasurer of the British Society of Urogynaecology and past vice chair of the urogenital specialty group of the NIHR. He is on the editorial board of a number of journals. At present he is chair of the IUGA/AUGS writing group on female bladder pain, co-chair of the EUGA scientific committee and chair of the ICI Imaging committee.
Presenter

Mr Arvind Vashisht is a Consultant Gynaecologist at University College and Cleveland Clinic Hospital London. He is lead for Gynaecology Services. He is an expert in minimal access surgery and has an interest in the treatment of endometriosis and pelvic floor problems. He has many ongoing research projects in these areas is a PhD supervisor and is an Honorary Associate Professor at University College London. He is the President of the British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy. He formerly sat on the Clinical Governance Committee for the British Society of Urogynaecologists. Dr Vashisht has developed national training curricula as well as directing national teaching programmes for advanced laparoscopic surgery.
