The IUGA mentorship registry is a collaborative initiative of the Research & Development and Fellows' Committees to encourage mentor/mentee relationships between IUGA members. While many of those searching for mentors may be in a fellowship program, it may be that others searching for mentors will be experienced practitioners who are seeking to build their capabilities in a new area of professional activity, such as research.
