In 2025, FIUGA, the Foundation for International Urogynecological Assistance has graciously supported the Linda Cardozo Observerships Grant Awards.
These awards provide members with the opportunity to gain new skills and experience through side-by-side observation with more experienced practitioners and/or those with niche specialty skills within the field of urogynecology. Through the generous support of FIUGA, in 2025, we were able to provide stipends to the following awardees to help offset the costs associated with their Observerships:

- Indhadek Mohamed Ali (Somalia) hosted by Monash Health/Anna Rosamilia (Australia)
- Issa Rashidi Suleiman (Tanzania) hosted by Mercy Hospital for Women/Lore Schierlitz (Australia)
- Ellen Afriyie Mensa-Bonsu (Ghana) hosted by Women's Health & Aging Laboratory/Chantale Dumoulin (Canada)
