YES, we realise all of our cases with a 30 Degree endoscope
The view is nicer in the recto-vaginal dissection
then when you fix the mesh on the posterior face of the vagina it's easier to fix the mesh as low as possible with the 30 degree endoscope

I start with a 0 degree and move to a 30 degree if necessary, as recommended by Bruno, for the posterior suture placement. The problem with a 30 degree scope is that the camera assistant needs to understand the importance of correct orientation, which is usually less of an issue with the 0 degree,

Robert Moore: We use only a 0 degree scope and have no issues getting posterior or anterior.
