Online registration will be open until May 14, 2013, at the posted fees. After May 14, 2013, registration will only be available on-site, without exception.
Cancellation Policy
IUGA must receive all cancellation requests in writing. This is the final date that cancellations are accepted. Please email your cancellation request to registration@iuga.org; IUGA will refund the registration fee for each cancellation received by March 31, 2013 less a US$50.00 processing charge; Cancellations received between April 1 - April 30, 2013, 50% will be refunded; Cancellations received after May 1, 2013 - no refund will be made. No substitutions will be allowed after May 1, 2013.
Limited Capacity:
Spaces for the Gala Dinner, Meet the Experts, Cadaver Lab and some workshops are limited. Ticket sales will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. To avoid disppointment, we strongly recommend that you reserve your seat at the time of your registration.

Group registration (5 participants or more) please contact the IUGA office at registration@iuga.org
Media Registration:

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of full payment. Registration without full payment will be returned for completion.
Outstanding payments will be collected on-site and charged the on-site rate. A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required in the event that registration fees were not credited to the meeting account in time.
What's included in the registration fee?
Fees for Participants (Member and Non-Member) include:
- Entrance to meeting sessions and exhibitions
- Welcome Reception on Wednesday, May 29, 2013
- Lunches and coffee breaks in the exhibition hall from Thursday, May 30 – Saturday, June 1, 2013
Fee for exhibitors include:
- Plenary Hall for Oral Podium, Oral Poster and Video Sessions ONLY
- Coffee breaks
- Lunch
